Custom Home Building

Our project management is extensive both before construction starts and throughout the entire process, so selections are made and orders placed timely to keep the project moving as efficiently and quickly as possible. With 36 years of experience in San Francisco, Alameda, Marin and Contra Costa counties, we have an extensive network of subcontractors, suppliers and craftspeople, all managed closely by Chuck and his project management team. We maintain close communication with the client throughout, and are always available to answer questions or offer any assistance you may need.

While natural gas is a lower cost fuel we rely on for our homes, we believe electrical appliances including heat pump technology ideally with solar is the wave of the future to make our homes safer, healthier, cost efficient in the long run, and leading towards energy independence with a low carbon footprint.
